Honey-Glazed Salmon

Honey-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:


  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:


  • In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 3–4 minutes until the skin is crispy.

  • Flip the salmon and pour the honey glaze over the fillets.

  • Cook for another 3–4 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze until it's cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
